You don’t need to be flexible to start yoga—that’s something you build over time. Our classes focus on meeting your body where it is today.

Not at all. Our classes are designed for all levels, and beginners are always welcome. Our instructors offer guidance and modifications so you can move at your own pace.

Bring a yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing you can move in (no restrictive clothing).

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to get settled. This helps you start your practice feeling calm and grounded.
